JLS star Marvin Humes has been named the new host of Hits Radio's afternoon show, with his first show airing April 6.

Humes commented 'I cannot wait to get started on Hits Radio! I've always loved their great music mix of the biggest hits and the biggest throwbacks, and I already feel such a part of the Hits family. Shout out to Sam Thompson! We've got some big plans for the show and I'm excited for everyone to hear it'.
